libai-fann-perl software package provides Perl wrapper for the FANN library, you can install in your Debian 8 (Jessie) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libai-fann-perl
libai-fann-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libai-fann-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libai-fann-perl *
You will get with libai-fann-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
